Overview

Housing Officer

Location: Barnsley / Hybrid Role

Salary: £24,500 - £30,790 (Pro Rata'd to 18.5 Hours)

Vacancy Type: Fixed Term Contract, 12 month maternity cover

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of tenants, ensuring tenancy compliance and providing support.
  • Respond to housing-related queries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Support engagement initiatives and contribute to the co-production of house rules where applicable.
