Job summary

• Experience in housing sector, especially homelessness
• Ability to assess housing options and provide clear guidance
• Strong focus on customer service and case-work with vulnerable clients

Responsibilities

• Assess housing applications and determine statutory homelessness duties
• Provide homelessness advice and prevention services to households
• Be the first point of contact for customers and give initial housing guidance
• Work with partners to secure sustainable housing for households
• Arrange emergency accommodation when needed and negotiate with landlords
• Support time-sensitive housing and immigration obligations and referrals
