Housing Officer

We are recruiting 18 Housing Officers across London and surrounding regions on behalf of a respected housing provider.

These roles offer hybrid working (just 12 days in the office), £26.22/hr, and a clear route to a £35k-£40k permanent role.

• South West London & Surrounds: 5 roles
• North West London & Surrounds: 6 roles
• East London & East Anglia: 4 roles
• South East & Kent: 3 roles

What You'll Do

• Manage your own neighbourhood patch
• Support residents with housing and tenancy issues
• Address anti-social behaviour (ASB) and promote safer communities
• Liaise with partners and ensure housing standards

What We're Looking For

• Housing or community-focused experience
• Proactive, confident, and people-focused
• Strong communication and case management skills
• Willing to travel locally
