Neighbourhood Manager Vacancy

A well-respected Housing Association is actively seeking a a committed and motivated Neighbourhood Manager to be responsible for delivering a proactive, high quality and customer focused neighbourhood property management service to the organisation’s residents.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: 6 months Fixed Term Contract

Location: North London

Salary: £45,527 (pro rata 6 months)

Main duties of the role:

  • Manage tenancy and estate issues across multiple tenures, handling the full range of tenancy processes in line with statutory requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents, resolving enquiries promptly and delivering excellent customer service within KPIs
  • Investigate and address tenancy breaches and housing fraud, preparing and presenting cases for court where necessary
  • Lead on anti-social behaviour cases and support the creation of safe, cohesive neighbourhoods
  • Collaborate with Property and Estate Services teams to ensure estates are clean, safe, and well maintained through regular inspections
  • Support vulnerable residents by identifying risks and signposting to appropriate support services
  • Contribute to new developments by influencing design/service planning and managing seamless handovers
