Job description

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Housing Officer to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Cambridgeshire.

What the job will be doing

  • To be able to demonstrate that we put the customer at the heart of our services by building trust and using our expertise to support customer requests or provide an explanation where this is not possible.
  • To provide an excellent level of tenancy and neighbourhood management services of our local neighbourhoods.
  • To liaise with colleagues and partners both internally and externally to ensure a consistent service is provided within the Home Team.
  • To demonstrate values and listen to our customers in order to improve the customer experience.

What you will need

  • Excellent customer service skills putting the customer at the heart of what we do.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to convey complex information to customers and key stakeholders.
