Working closely in partnership with other services we support people to access services and interventions they need to build their resilience, gain confidence and acquire the personal and social assets they need to move forward. This role will work with individuals who have a high city centre street presence so it will involving with our Street support partnership agencies.
We welcome applications from people who can work in a proactive way and apply creative solutions to reduce barriers, someone who understands and cares about the needs of the individual and is not easily phased.
