A housing organization in Peterborough seeks a Housing Manager to provide high-quality services for older residents, ensuring a safe and responsive environment. Candidates should have experience in managing teams and providing housing services to vulnerable individuals, alongside sound knowledge of relevant regulations. Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Business hours, but flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the residents and service delivery.

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons. The role of a Housing Manager is to ensure residents receive a high quality and responsive service in a safe and secure environment, including providing support where necessary, and encouraging independence and choice. The successful candidate will also ensure that landlord duties are discharged in accordance with Housing 21 policies and procedures.
