Job summary

Home Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated team member to help ensure that customers’ homes are safe and well maintained. You’ll provide housing management services, assist tenants with tenancy and rent accounts, and help them progress toward secure, long-term accommodation.

You’ll perform routine safety checks, assist with housing benefit claims, and work to turn around vacant properties efficiently.

Qualifications

• Background in property management or housing/tenancy support is preferred.
• Positive, proactive attitude with good initiative.
• Strong customer-focused communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers to ensure homes are safe and well maintained.
• Assist with housing benefit claims and rent accounts.
• Turn around vacant or void properties within set timescales, including basic tasks like cleaning or maintenance.
• Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in buildings and communities.
• Manage admin tasks: updating records, ordering, and arranging payments for works.
