Stepping Stone Projects is seeking a Housing Management Officer to support residents at Stamford Villa, a 13-flat accommodation project for men. You will help tenants sustain tenancies, develop budgeting and independent living skills, and work with partner agencies to achieve positive housing outcomes.
Responsibilities include tenancy management, safety checks, and duty to promote safeguarding. This role involves creating person-centred plans and ensuring accurate record-keeping within a
25 hours per week, between Monday - Friday
As a Housing Management Officer at Stepping Stone Projects, you will support customers living at Stamford Villa to sustain their tenancies, maintain stable accommodation and achieve greater independence. Working within our 13-flat accommodation service for men, you will deliver effective housing management, support customers to develop practical life skills such as budgeting and tenancy management, and help them work towards positive move-on housing opportunities.

As a Housing Management Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering an effective housing management service, ensuring customers are supported to maintain their tenancies while living in a safe, secure and well-managed environment.
Working directly with customers, you'll provide guidance around tenancy responsibilities, budgeting and move-on options, helping individuals build the skills needed to sustain independent living. You'll also be responsible for property inspections, health and safety checks and working collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive housing outcomes for customers.
