Location: Birmingham
Type: Permanent, part-time (22.5 hpw), 3 days out of 5, Monday to Friday, rota working
Salary: £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) [pro rata] plus benefits including Health Cash Plan
This is a great opportunity for a Housing Management Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. As our Housing and Property Guru, you’ll focus on tenancy support, ensuring homes are safe and well maintained. You will support tenants in managing their tenancies and rent accounts, helping them transition to secure, long-term accommodation.
