Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £27,554 - £30,175 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: Housing Management Assistants play an integral role in delivering the Highland Council's housing service and support Housing Management Officers and Housing Options Officer in all tenancy related matters. Requirements

This role will see the successful applicant support Housing Officers in dealing with anti-social behaviour within Highland Council estates in the Mid or East Ross area. This includes, but is not limited to, visiting those affected by and committing anti-social behaviour, identifying and reporting fly-tipping, encouraging good garden upkeep from tenants, and identifying other estate problems.

The successful applicant must have a driving licence and will be expected to travel around the Mid or East Ross area to investigate and deal with issues. The role will also involve walking around estates, and so an appropriate level of physical fitness is required.

The successful applicant will be expected to record incidents within the IT Housing System to a satisfactory level.
