We're partnering with a reputable, forward-thinking law firm seeking a dedicated solicitor to join their Housing Litigation team. This role offers full remote working flexibility, ideal for those wanting to balance a busy caseload with lifestyle priorities.

About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload primarily focused on housing litigation, with a strong emphasis on disrepair claims alongside possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, and homelessness appeals. You will provide expert advice to landlords, housing associations, and local authorities, advocating for clients and ensuring high-quality case outcomes.

What We\'re Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor, NQ to 5 years PQE in housing litigation
  • Must have demonstrable experience handling disrepair matters
