Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £32,545.96 (£35,916.12 after 12 months of successful performance)

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, Hybrid

Location: Speke, Liverpool

The difference you will make as a Housing Litigation Paralegal

The Riverside Group Limited (TRGL) requires a Housing Litigation Paralegal to support the in-house Legal Team with damp and mould, electrical inspection work, and occasional access for gas servicing.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Degree from a recognised UK university or equivalent (or qualification from a non-UK university).
  • Excellent database management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High IT literacy and research skills.

Role Profile

  • Provide legal support on access matters for damp, mould, electrical inspections, and gas servicing.
  • Check legal documentation, draft Court paperwork, update case systems, prepare Court bundles, and manage case schedules.
  • Represent TRGL in Court and liaise with external parties.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Building Safety teams to develop efficient processes.
  • Handle high volumes of work with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain internal systems and participate in meetings and training.
