Housing Litigation Lawyer
Locum contract, 3 months rolling
London, hybrid working
£45 - £50 umbrella per hour
Sellick Partnership are working with a London Local Authority to recruit a Housing Litigation Lawyer.
This role will be offered on a locum basis for an initial period of 3 months, with strong likelihood of extensions. You will attend their London-based offices or courts 3 days per week and will receive an umbrella rate of £45 - £50 umbrella, dependent on experience.
This role involves basic advocacy in courts as well as handling a busy caseload of the below housing litigation matters to include:
To be successful, you will be a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx with extensive experience handling the matters outlined above either from within a local government or public sector setting, but applications from those with a private practice background may be considered.
