A recruitment agency is seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer for a locum role with a London Local Authority. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice on various aspects of Housing Litigation and must have significant experience in Housing Law. The contract is for an initial three months, likely to be extended, with a pay rate of £50-55 per hour umbrella.

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a well-established London Local Authority on a rolling locum contract basis.
The successful candidate must have experience providing professional legal advice on all aspects of Housing Litigation work and will have significant experience in Housing Law with at least one of the following areas: possessions, injunctions, judicial review, homelessness. The role requires applying legal knowledge to address complex housing litigation matters for the local authority.
The Housing and Litigation team is friendly and supportive and can offer training where appropriate. The team and council are highly regarded and have worked on a range of interesting cases. The role will involve office presence once a week and may require attendance at court hearings in person. The council offices are easily accessible via public transport. This is a locum role initially for 3 months and is highly likely to be extended long term.
