Housing Liaison Officer – Procurement/Lease Renewals
  • Annual Salary £30k+ commission OTE additional 5-6k
  • Company car or allowance
  • 9 to 5 Mon to Fri
Our client

is a well-established Estate Agents in East London that has its own portfolio of council houses. They require the following:

Skill Set of the Housing Liaison Officer
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Property Management/Inventory experience essential
  • Experience with CFP or other CRM system
  • Good literacy/numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clean Drivers Licence
  • Personable and well presented, as the role requires meeting landlords and representatives from Local Authorities
  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • Some negotiating skills preferred
  • Docusign experience
Procurement Assistant/Lease Renewals
  • Negotiate Lease renewals (training will be given)
  • Prepare Works Reports
  • Upload properties to ADAM and submit documents to Local Authorities
  • Carry out Interim inspections
  • Conduct full inventory & photos
  • Accompany inspectors from Local Authorities on visits
  • Top up gas and electric meters
  • Collect or cut keys
  • Update spreadsheets with enquiries
  • Collate certificates and prepare files for submission
  • Cover phones from 9am-5pm when required
  • Update CFP CRM system
  • Complete the Ready to Let notifications
  • Organise bookings for Void officers
  • Update Local Authority ADAM system
  • Assist with general office duties if needed

The suitable candidate for this role will be outgoing and confident in face-to-face meetings.
