Job description

Housing Lead Officer needed in Rugby (Ref: 1545384)

Location: Rugby – 40% site presence, Wednesdays, with flexible hours

Duration: 3 months with potential extension

Rate: Flexible, £28 per hour

Job Role:

You will be responsible for managing and supporting Housing Officers to deliver high-quality housing services. Your duties include ensuring legal compliance, enforcing tenancy conditions, engaging directly with tenants, and managing complex cases such as antisocial behaviour. You will promote tenancy sustainment through multi-agency collaboration, handle complaints, lead case management processes, and liaise with internal and external teams to support service delivery. Additionally, you will ensure accurate documentation, monitor service performance, and contribute to improvements via data analysis.
