The Post

In our Civil / Housing Litigation Team, we are looking for a lawyer:

  • To provide high level and proactive expert legal advice on civil/housing litigation matters to the Council, its members, and officers.
  • To personally conduct advocacy on behalf of the council and instruct counsel as appropriate.

The Person

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A current practising certificate (either as a Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive)
  • Strong experience in all matters relating to Civil/Housing litigation.
  • Ability to anticipate problems and solve them accordingly
  • Must be dependable and self-reliant.
