Qualifications

• Experience with private sector housing and enforcement
• Ability to undertake HHSRS inspections and apply Housing Act 2004 enforcement
• Understanding of alternate legislative provisions to improve housing conditions

Responsibilities

• Respond to housing complaints and take enforcement action to resolve hazards
• Contribute to proactive housing and health initiatives
• Support empty property interventions and licensing regimes (HMO, selective, caravan sites)
