Housing Implementation Consultant - End to End Repairs, Stockport

Join our dynamic Housing Team during an exciting growth phase! We are currently expanding our contracts with prestigious clients who are upgrading, migrating, or implementing our NEC Housing Management System. We are seeking Implementation Consultants specialized in our Repairs Module to enhance customer experience. This role is home-based, reporting to a Lead Implementation Consultant.

At NECSWS, we support your growth and development in our system. You will shadow experienced consultants and gradually take on full project responsibilities with customer interaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules, particularly Repairs, Servicing, Risk, and Mobile, focusing on system configuration and build.
• Deliver excellent advice and best practices to current customers using NEC Housing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, training, and support, collecting positive feedback.
• Promptly communicate any product issues to internal teams.
• Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for customers and internal use.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Social Housing Management.
• Occasionally travel across the UK to visit customers and company sites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Repairs processes within Housing Management Software.
• Proven experience in implementing Housing Management Systems, especially configuration and build.
• Track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services to Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Ability to achieve positive customer feedback consistently.
• Skilled in creating training materials and solution manuals.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with wider NEC Housing modules is a plus.
