Job Overview

We are experiencing significant growth in our Housing Team, working with clients to upgrade, migrate, or implement our NEC Housing Management System. We are seeking Implementation Consultants specializing in our Repairs Module to enhance customer experience. This is a home-based role reporting to a Lead Implementation Consultant.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on implementing NEC Housing modules, focusing on Repairs, Servicing, Risk, and Mobile.
• Offer best practices and advice to current customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and training.
• Create and maintain training materials and solution design manuals.
• Stay updated with developments in Social Housing Management.
• Occasionally travel across the UK to visit clients and company sites.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Repairs processes using Housing Management Software.
• Experience in implementing Housing Management Systems or Modules.
• Proven track record with Local Authorities, ALMOs, or Housing Associations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality consultancy and training.
• Experience in creating training materials and manuals.
• Willingness to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with NEC Housing system modules.
