Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting an EO Housing Estates Officer to support key housing activities for the MOD portfolio, focusing on validation, monitoring and quality assurance to ensure consistent delivery for families.

You will own the family experience for an allocated housing portfolio, conduct patch/ground monitoring, manage complaints, and coordinate with suppliers while maintaining high standards and timely handovers.

Responsibilities

• Own the "family experience" for an allocated housing portfolio, including occupant monitoring of non-SFA and SSFA.
• Conduct patch/ground monitoring to ensure standards are met (including PFI where relevant).
• Manage assurance and quality checks, including timely handling and management of complaints (level 2).
• Undertake assurance checks on service levels and quality of work provided by suppliers.
• Manage an allocated IMS case to agreed standards.
• Help deliver additional services (including IRL/SONS/VOIDS) within delegation and timeframes.
• Validate and authorise time reliefs within approved limits.
• Carry out handovers as requested to ensure the right service delivery for families.
• Attend relevant stakeholder engagement events and proactively escape where standards are not met.
