Brook Street is recruiting for a Housing Estates Officer (EO) to manage an allocated housing portfolio within the MOD framework. The role involves validating service delivery, monitoring standards, and authorising time reliefs while coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders.
Training is provided with travel to several locations as required. You will be responsible for occupant monitoring of non-SFA/SSFA, handling complaints, and delivering additional services within delegated timeframes.
