The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Residential Environmental Health Team Leader to head its Residential Environmental Health Team in Maidenhead. You will report to the Environmental Health Service Manager and lead delivery of regulation for housing, tenant rights protection, and mobile home site licensing.

Strong knowledge of residential environmental health, including HHSRS and HMO licensing.
Experience in investigation and enforcement of regulatory offences.
Experience of multi-agency and collaborative working.
Commitment to protecting health, safety and well-being of residents.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of officers.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of environmental health, enforcement and regulatory officers.
Ensure statutory responsibilities under Housing Act 2004 and Renters Rights Act 2025 are met.
Contribute to continuous development of the service with innovative improvements.
