We are recruiting a Housing Disrepair Team Leader based in Liverpool. This role involves overseeing a team handling pre and post litigated housing disrepair cases. Experience in Personal Injury is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Managing team capacity and workload distribution.
• Supporting, developing, and motivating the team through regular meetings.
• Maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Representing the firm’s values proactively.
• Managing your caseload from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional legal advice.
• Prioritizing and working to deadlines/targets.

• Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.
