We are recruiting a Housing Disrepair Team Leader based in Liverpool. This role involves overseeing a team handling pre and post litigated housing disrepair cases. Experience in Personal Injury is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team capacity and workload distribution.
• Support, develop, and motivate team members through regular meetings.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Represent the firm's values actively.
• Manage your caseload from start to finish, ensuring timely and professional advice while managing client expectations.
• Work efficiently to deadlines and targets.

About You:

• Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.
• Motivated, target-driven, with excellent client care skills.
• Confident in working to targets and managing caseloads.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
