This is a full-time on-site role for a Housing Disrepair Solicitor located in Manchester. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and highly driven Housing Disrepair Litigator to lead our Housing Disrepair team. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven litigator with a strong track record in housing disrepair claims. The ideal candidate will bring leadership qualities and extensive litigation experience to enhance the performance of our Housing Disrepair team. This position suits someone who excels in a fast-paced setting and is dedicated to achieving exceptional outcomes for clients while supporting the firm’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of up to 5 fee earners
• Handle a caseload and see claims through from instruction to settlement
• Monitor team performance, deliver training and mentorship
• Ensure compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules, internal policies, and SRA regulations.
• Offer a competitive salary between £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 with performance-related bonuses
