Housing Disrepair Lawyer, 3+ years’ experience, Cheshire, £Competitive Salary – A new opportunity for an experienced Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join an impressive team in Cheshire. JOB REF: 9334.

• Applications are sought from Housing Disrepair Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• You will manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims from start to completion, acting on behalf of tenants to ensure landlords meet their obligations under housing legislation.
• The appointed candidate will liaise with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities to negotiate settlements or pursue litigation when necessary.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will keep up to date with developments in housing law and attend relevant training.
