We are currently recruiting for 3 positions for The Learning Foundry. The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver engaging and inspiring programmes to support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential within the housing sector. Within the housing team you will be responsible for the teaching and assessing of groups and individuals working towards their qualifications.

You will need experience working within the social housing sector and to be confident to deliver training and presentations to groups of up to 35 learners.

The right fit

  • You will be a confident individual with experience delivering and presenting training with teaching or assessing experience desirable
  • It is essential to have experience in the housing sector with up to date knowledge of the sector
  • Qualified to CIH level or working towards is essential
  • English and Math qualifications to level 2
  • Ability to develop schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources to deliver both in person and online training
  • Experience working on a variety of online platforms to keep accurate, up to date records
