Overview

Housing Data Analyst — Starting salary up to £41673 per annum. Based at King’s Court Council Office.

Responsibilities
  • Review and develop data systems, producing detailed analysis and reports for senior managers and elected members, and embedding data-led decision-making across Housing Services.
  • From homelessness prevention to housing supply and demand, influence key operational and strategic decisions.
  • Support funding bids and drive service improvements through data-informed insights.
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification at Level 5 or above, with proven experience in data or analytical roles—ideally within housing or a similar field.
  • Strong background in software development, data modelling, and visualisation tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and prioritise effectively.
