You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements across housing stock while reporting to the Head of Housing Property Services. This crucial role involves managing a compliance team, overseeing high-risk areas, and assuring the Senior Leadership Team on safety standards.
Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a South Yorkshire based client for a Housing Compliance Manager on an interim basis.
Reporting to the Head of Housing Property Services, you will be responsible for housing property compliance, supported by a high-performing, experienced compliance team. You will ensure that the housing stock is compliant with regulatory and legislative requirements, as well as the clients objectives. You will play a key role in assuring tenants, and the Senior Leadership Team on compliance with the Regulator’s Safety and Quality Standard.
