Job description

We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Coordinators to join our client, a respected independent organisation providing accommodation services across the UK.

The AIRE Assurance Coordinator supports the Certification and Licensing Team with various administrative duties. Working directly for a team leader on a day-to-day basis, the AIRE Assurance Coordinator helps and supports the Head of Department in compiling reports required for monthly meetings and UKVI ad hoc requests. Additionally, they ensure budgets remain within agreed boundaries.

Key duties include:

  1. Ensuring all certifications and licensing within the assigned area are completed within the required timescales.
  2. Ensuring fire risk assessments are compiled in accordance with current British Standards.
  3. Ensuring fire risk assessment actions are completed and documented by third parties.
  4. Liaising with team members to ensure certifications and licensing are completed cost-effectively and promptly.
  5. Carrying out audits on certifications and licenses.
  6. Managing and closing completed defects.
  7. Supporting Head of Departments and the team with specific tasks as directed.
  8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
  9. Keeping the CCMS system and other relevant systems updated.
