Job description

Salary: £26,766 - £29,131 per year

Contract Type: Temporary

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 36 hours per week

Main Purpose of the Role

We currently have the following opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Housing Options Team in Pullar House.

You will provide a customer focused housing options service to families and individuals who need affordable housing and a homeless advice service to persons who are homeless or threatened with homeless.

You will also provide support to the Housing Options Officers on a daily basis and undertake a number of administrative duties including dealing with customers both on the telephone and also reception.

Skills & Experience Required

You will bring a positive energy; embrace change and work with the business to ensure optimum service is always provided.

The ability to understand basic relevant legislation is essential.
