are seeking a Housing Assistant for a well-established client in Crawley. The role involves coordinating and monitoring various processes.

Role Duties
  • Undertake weekly and monthly direct debit extracts that comply with BACs regulations.
  • Prepare payment profiles.
  • Liaise with customers' banks/building societies.
  • Carry out weekly rent debit control and property reconciliation procedures.
  • Manage rent arrears collection where balances are low.
What you need
  • Good knowledge of basic IT systems.
  • Effective communication skills (over the phone and face-to-face).
  • Good standard of education in business studies.
  • 5 years of employment history.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Previous admin experience.
Desirable skills (not essential)
  • Experience using housing systems.
  • Knowledge of local authority procedures.
