Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Housing Assistant in Totnes for a 12-month fixed-term, part-time role within the Extra Care team. The position is 25 hours per week, with 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm.

You will handle repairs and tenancy queries, signpost local services, support safeguarding, and liaise with contractors, ensuring safety checks and compliance.

I am looking for a Housing Assistant to join a housing association in Totnes. This will be within the Extra Care team.
