Overview

Housing & Assets Support Officer needed in Wrexham, £23.17ph PAYE – Reference: OR12345

Mon – Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm 30 mins lunch

Responsibilities
  • As the Interim Housing & Assets Support Officer, you will provide operational and strategic support to two lead officers: the Repairs & Services Lead and the Voids & Decarbonisation Lead.
  • Your role will be essential in maintaining the daily management of our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) operations and external contract oversight, while enabling our lead officers to focus on business cases, restructures, and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of DLO and external contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review performance and streamline processes
  • Support specialist projects, including compliance with Awabbs Law
  • Provide flexible, responsive service delivery to meet evolving needs
  • Work closely with lead officers to ensure high standards for Contract Holders

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
