Qualifications

• Experience in housing, asset management, property, data analytics, or related discipline.
• Substantial experience in strategic asset management, investment planning, or property strategy.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex datasets, asset management systems, and analytics tools including Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Asset Management Strategy and supporting strategic plans.
• Manage asset data governance, quality assurance, and data collection programmes.
• Interpret complex datasets related to stock condition, lifecycle, compliance, and sustainability to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain long‑term asset investment models, scenario testing, and lifecycle analysis.
• Influence capital investment decisions, business planning, and regulatory assurance through detailed analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with external consultants, surveyors, and data providers to ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Lead relationships with internal teams, external partners, and sector groups, representing the organisation at professional forums.
• Lead in promoting continuous improvement in asset governance, standards, and reporting systems.
