YMCA St Paul's Group is a charity that supports young people and communities throughout London by providing youth work, community services, health and wellbeing centres, and supported accommodation for those at risk of homelessness. The organisation has served the community for over 150 years, aiming to create thriving places for young people and flourishing communities.

About the role:

You will be a key member of the Housing and Support team, delivering exceptional housing and support services to residents. As often the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, provide information, and offer comprehensive guidance. Your role will include reception duties, first aid, fire marshal responsibilities, health and safety, and welcoming new residents and Health & Wellbeing members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to residents and visitors, creating a positive impact.
  • Diverse Role: Manage reception tasks, calls, mail, repairs, payments, and ensure safety and security.
  • Safety and Security: Act as first aider and fire marshal, perform patrols and safety checks.
  • Welcoming and Supportive: Welcome residents, address complaints, handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and provide empathetic support.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with experienced housing advisors to deliver excellent service and make a difference.
