About the role:

As a vital member of the Housing and Support team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional housing and support services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supervisory Role: Overseeing Housing and Support team members at your site to ensure high standards of service.
  2. Collaborative Leadership: Working with the Housing and Support Manager and Progression Team Manager to deliver progression opportunities.
  3. Managing High-Risk Cases: Handling a caseload of residents with high-level risks or needs, providing appropriate support.
  4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to improve resident experience.
  5. Revenue and Service Charge Maximisation: Assisting in maximising rent and service charges to sustain service financial health.
  6. Safeguarding Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents.
  7. Maximising Housing Occupancy: Managing referrals, inducting new residents, and liaising with partner agencies.
  8. Compliance and Behaviour Management: Ensuring adherence to tenancy conditions and YMCA policies, addressing anti-social behaviour appropriately.
