About the role:

You will support the Housing and Support team in delivering high-quality housing and support services. As a key point of contact for residents and visitors, you will handle inquiries, provide information, and offer holistic advice. Your role includes delivering excellent customer service and performing diverse responsibilities such as reception duties, first aid, fire safety, and health and safety compliance. You will also welcome new residents and Health & Wellbeing members, representing YMCA St Paul's Group positively.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing Outstanding Customer Service: Ensuring a high-quality experience for residents and visitors, leaving positive impressions.
  2. Performing Versatile Duties: Managing telephone and mail services, overseeing repairs, processing payments, and maintaining building safety.
  3. Ensuring Safety and Security: Acting as first aider and fire marshal, conducting patrols, and performing safety checks.
  4. Welcoming and Listening: Assisting new residents, addressing complaints, reporting issues, and offering compassionate support.
