In this full-time role, you’ll take ownership of your area, tackling anti-social behaviour and tenancy matters with confidence and care. Collaborating with partners, customers, and colleagues, you’ll create safe, thriving neighbourhoods, while ensuring our customers receive the support they need. From managing housing processes end-to-end to preparing complex court documents and representing us in legal proceedings, you’ll bring expertise and dedication to every aspect of your work.

We’re looking for someone with…

  2. Verbal and written communication skills.
  3. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  5. Good IT skills.
  6. A full driving licence and access to a car.

We’re a social business, based in Hoddesdon and across southeast Hertfordshire, helping local people by renting or selling affordable homes. We offer services designed to help our customers live comfortably in their homes and we work to keep our buildings and estates maintained, offering support when money becomes an issue or when people get older. Our mission is to make a sustainable, positive change to the housing crisis for our customers and communities.

We enjoy a benefits package that offers something for everyone, including…

  1. Salary of £33,075 - £36,750 per annum
  2. 27 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays
  3. Buy and sell holiday scheme
  4. Cross-organisational bonus scheme
  5. Up to 12% pension contribution
  6. Life assurance cover
  7. Funded health cash plan or subsidised private health insurance
  8. Flexible and hybrid working
  9. Enhanced family leave
  10. Range of special leave arrangements
  11. Car loans, cycle-to-work, and electric lease car scheme

The closing date for this role is 26th January 2025.
