A leading housing organization in the UK is seeking a Housing Coordinator to join its Staffordshire team. This role involves delivering high-quality housing management services for older people, providing customer support, and ensuring safety and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of housing legislation and a strong commitment to customer service. A flexible working pattern is available, with a salary of £13,000 for a 17.5-hour week and excellent benefits.
This is an exciting opportunity for a front-line Housing Coordinator to join our Staffordshire regional Older Peoples Service team, based at Washington Close Sheltered Scheme in Biddulph, Staffordshire and supporting the rest of the region as required, to deliver a high quality, customer focused and proactive housing management service that meets the needs and requirements of older people. You will often be a first point of contact for our customers, other internal teams and stakeholders, for specialist advice and assistance on a wide range of housing management related queries or issues and will be passionate about ensuring that customers can enjoy a safe, comfortable environment in their homes and continue to live as independently as possible.
Based at our Washington Close Sheltered Living Scheme, in Biddulph, Staffordshire, you will ideally work Monday to Friday 3.5 hours per day. We can be flexible with hours to suit you, as long as they can be structured to provide consistency to our residents.

Salary and benefits: £13,000 for a 17.5-hour week, plus 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time), Bank Holidays (holidays increase with time served).
