Job summary

Adecco is hiring a No Access Investigation Officer for housing in Newham. The role involves managing no-access cases, visiting properties and engaging with residents, ensuring safety and compliance. Rate: 21.91 per hour PAYE.

You will coordinate access for essential inspections (gas, electrical, fire & building safety), support vulnerable residents, and collaborate with legal teams to escalate unresolved cases and prepare court documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of housing law and safeguarding.
• Experience supporting legal processes or attending court.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Housing background is essential.
• Willing to work outside of regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage a caseload of no-access properties through home visits and resident engagement.
