Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Housekeeping Department as a Valet.

As a Valet, your role will involve ensuring that all tasks in our linen and laundry room are performed efficiently and meet the esteemed Ritz standard. This includes packing and unpacking guest luggage, laundry delivery and pressing, preparing guest clothing and footwear, and maintaining effective communication to facilitate the smooth operation of the laundry and linen room. This is a guest-facing role requiring excellent interpersonal skills.

Entry Requirements

• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests.
