Park Holidays UK is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to help maintain clean, welcoming holiday homes and communal areas across our parks. Your attention to detail and reliability will ensure guests enjoy spotless accommodations and a high standard of service.

Daily duties include cleaning, laundry support, safe handling of products, stock checks, and collaborating with colleagues to prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently within the designated working hours.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and laundry duties.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and laundry practices.
• Willingness to work on the specified days (Monday and Friday) and adapt to varying tasks as needed.

• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels to ensure they are clean and ready for guest use.
• Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and cleaning staff to prioritise tasks and ensure that all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.
