As a Housekeeper, you'll be an essential part of the daily operations, ensuring our pub with rooms always looks its best. From preparing our elegant en-suite bedrooms for arriving guests to keeping our communal spaces immaculate, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Room Refresh & Presentation: Prepare and clean our 12 beautiful guest rooms to the highest standard.

Spotless Shared Spaces: Keep communal areas of the pub, restaurant and guest areas fresh, clean, and welcoming.

Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly and assist in creating a relaxing, home-from-home atmosphere.

Venue Readiness: Support the wider team in preparing the venue for special events and celebrations.

The Hope & Anchor is a beautiful riverside pub, restaurant & inn nestled in the heart of Ross-On-Wye with multiple dining options for customers including a traditional pub bar and a modern cocktail bar, two restaurants, a riverside hut serving those on the go, and a spacious garden with outdoor seating including a Bandstand and all-weather tent area, both of which can house entertainment. We also have 12 beautiful recently refurbished riverside en-suite rooms available, with breakfast included and served in the pub.
