Job summary

Warner Hotels in Bembridge Coast is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. The role offers an hourly rate with progression and enables training and career development within our hotels network.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders to ensure every guest enjoys a well-presented room and a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Customer‑facing role with focus on guest experience.
• Willingness to learn about products and services to upsell where appropriate.
• Able to work as part of a diverse team to support housekeeping operations.
• Strong personal presentation and guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the housekeeping team under the Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders to ensure guests have a smooth arrival-to-room experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of cleanliness and room presentation.

Join our team at Bembridge Coast, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 258-bedroom hotel with a theatre, spa, and leisure facilities offers stunning views of the Solent on the Isle of Wight.

Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 per hour dependent on age

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the housekeeping department. Alongside the Housekeeping Manager and the Housekeeping Team Leaders you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment they arrive to their room.

By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay in a perfectly kept room.
