• Experienced in a fast-paced housekeeping operation, ideally within a premium or high-energy environment
• Approachable, supportive and genuine in the way you work with colleagues
• Calm and reliable under pressure with a hands-on approach and an eye for detail
• Passionate about supporting and developing your team, building strong relationships and a positive working environment
• A clear communicator and team player, collaborative in your approach and well connected to the pace of a busy hotel

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll help lead the housekeeping team, creating a calm, organised environment where standards are clear and consistently delivered.
• You’ll champion Medlock’s brand standards, encouraging a culture of pride, attention to detail and teamwork—bringing structure and consistency to a team that delivers exceptional results behind the scenes.
• As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining presentation across the hotel, ensuring every space reflects our high standards—bringing a sense of care, quality and quiet excellence to every guest experience.
