Travelodge London Teddington is seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a friendly team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas. The role focuses on coaching staff, providing feedback, and ensuring smooth running of daily operations within a supportive, family‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams or service staff.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a housekeeper team to meet high cleanliness standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff and manage performance.
• Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed.
