Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to deliver high-standard cleaning across a venue. You will be responsible for cleaning a variety of areas, ensuring surfaces and touchpoints are sanitised, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

The role requires flexibility and a commitment to excellent customer service, with the opportunity to contribute to a well-supported hospitality team within The Venues Collection portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensuring surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Handling spillages promptly and effectively.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Ensuring areas are clean, presentable and safe for visitors.

We're currently recruiting a part time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team to deliver outstanding cleaning services for Levy, contracted to 24 hours per week.

• Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and safe for visitors by following the required policies and procedures
• Following all health & safety guidelines when using equipment
• Have cleaning experience in a similar role
• Be passionate about customer service
• Effectively communicate with customers and other team members
• Be able to work individually and as part of a team
• Have a flexible approach to working
